MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
-To develop and implement sales and distribution strategies and to meet the sales targets;
-To build, develop and lead the Sales and Distribution team and network of distribution companies;
-To develop further existing distribution network for both strategic and national coverage;
-To install market research and studies to facilitate business planning and market segmentation;
-To ensure the timely completion of various management reports and forecasts.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
-Tertiary educated with at least 8 years of sales and/or distribution experience in wines or spirits and with a solid network of contacts within the industries;
-Previous experience in managing nation wide sales and distribution highly preferred;
-Analytical, results-oriented and with demonstrated abilities in team development and leadership;
-Excellent negotiation and communication skills and able to work under pressure;
-Ability (not habit) to drink spirits is necessary;
-Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a must and preferably the ability to speak other dialects; ability to speak English is a big plus.
