Major Responsibilities (工作职责):
1.Responsible for daily management of maintenance department, including production equipments/machines, general facilities, central workshop, building etc.
2.Manage and lead maintenance team to ensure all equipments/machines are working normally
3.To lead maintenance team to improve, develop and optimize equipments/machines
4.To establish regulations or procedures related to maintenance
5.To motivate, develop, train and evaluate team staff to achieve company target
6.Responsible for a correct compliance with health & safety regulations
Competence(权限范围):
7.The position has the full competence within the field of responsibility and assignments to make decisions within the objectives, policies, budgets etc. of the company.
8.The position has the competence as stated under A, however, before any decision can be made he/she must Inform / coordinate with colleagues (defined) within or outside the department in order to be able to act on the decision.
9.The position can make a decision within the current field of responsibility or assignments – within the agreed guidelines (approved by immediate superior).
10.The position carries out assignments on the initiative of the immediate superior – and under the immediate superior’s responsibility.
Key Requirements (职位要求):
1.Bachelor degree of machinery, electron or related subject, strong knowledge of mechanical or electric
2.10+ years experience of maintenance or engineering, 5 years management experience. Experienced in manufacturing or shoes industry is an advantage.
3.Strong management and communication skills
4.Fluent English both in writing and speaking
5.Good team spirit and cooperation
6.Good computer skills
