Job Description
• Map and evaluate suppliers according to Husqvarna standard
• Evaluate quotations against RFQ package and compare to current situation
• Supplier Development and Quality assurance
• Manage delivery of set PPV targets
• Problem solving
• Support contract negotiations
• System maintenance
Requirement
• 3-5 years of procurement experience, preferably in a manufacturing plant environment
• Ability to understand and interpret materials and component specifications and to evaluate suppliers’ capabilities to provide such products
• Understanding of quality systems (e.g., ISO, TQM, etc.) and supplier quality management program elements
• the fundamentals of the sourcing process (supply market analysis, RFI/RFQ, supplier evaluations, supplier agreements, etc.)
• supplier cost analysis and an understanding of Total Cost Management;
• Negotiating skills
• computer skills and have experience with MS Office software tools
• fluent and good command of English language –both written and spoken
