主要职责:
1. 领导销售团队完成公司指定的销售指标,包括总销售额及销售利润等。
2. 指导销售团队,拓展商用机的销售渠道,寻访合适的经销商和分销商。
3. 指导团队管理门店,维护和经销商的合作关系。
4. 协调公司内部各种资源,提供有效的员工奖励制度,职业发展规划,日常管理体制及相应的市场推广项目。
任职资格:
1. 本科以上学历,5年以上的渠道销售经验及2年以上的超过10人的团队管理经验,IT行业背景或知名外企经验者优先。
2. 具备坚实的销售管理能力,能够通过对销售团队的管理完成具有挑战性的销售任务;
3. 注重工作流程管理及具体的销售目标管理,善于引导销售人员提高销售能能力。
4. 善于发掘及指导下属不断提高个人发展空间及业绩表现。
5. 优秀的英文能力和结果导向。

Requirements:
- The degree of Bachelor or above
- Over 5 years sales experience with minimum 2 years of experience as channel manager.
- Rich sales and people management skill.
- Dealer management process.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Drive for result.
- Fluent English skills.
