品质管理员(客户代表)
职位要求:1)大专或以上学历;2)机械或木材专业,有一年品质管理或验货经验; 3)具有一定英文基础,能熟练英文读、写;4)能吃苦耐劳,能长期驻厂者优先。
工作职责:1)执行日常验货工作,IQC/PQC/FQC,并按照要求提交验货报告;2)推动工厂的品质系统,跟进品质改进措施;3)就品质问题能工厂进行沟通、处理。
Responsibility:
1.Implement inspection at factory site according to Dorel criteria and issue inspection reports, including IQC,IPQC and FQC;
2.monitor semi-finished products on all procedures, including container loading
3.monitor manufacture procedures and report problems detected;
4.follow up rework procedure and implement re-inspection;
5.support QC leader to investigate quality complaints/NCR, follow up CAR;
6.communicate with factory QA department for quality issues, improvement suggestions;
7.report the potential issues when detect during inspection;
8.temporary directions from leaders follow up and report;
Position Requirement:
1) college education or above
2) mechanical specialty is preferred;
3) one year quality job experience is request;
4) CET-4, be able to read, write English, better English communication is preferred;
5) ISO internal Auditor certificated is preferred.
