Main Tasks & Responsibilities :
1.To perform tasks assigned by Service Manager
2.To respond to customer’s request within reasonable time limit3.To ensure technical problems at the customer’s site are solved promptly and completely within reasonable time frame
4.To work closely with Product Support and Sales team in order to support sales effort
5.To coordinate instrument installation with Sales and Product support team at the customer’s site according to SOP
6.To establish service contracts with customers
7.To schedule, perform and monitor all preventive maintenance of instruments in the assigned area。
8.To follow up on outstanding payments incurred by the customers after rendering service
9.To conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition
Main Requirements:
1.At least Bachelor Degree in Appropriate Engineering Degree
2.At least 1 years Engineering experience in Medical Equipment Supervisory experience
3.Good Analytic skill
4.IT knowledge
5.Service excellence
