1. Lead sales team to achieve business financial and telecom targets;
2. Quarterly account and biz plan, fully leverage all resources to meet biz goal.
3. Build up new team to drive ACQ biz aggressive growth.
4. AE team engagement.
5. Manage, Support and motivate sales team to provide best customer experience and solutions based on customer's needs.
6. Work with cross-functional teams to develop sales incentive programs, career development opportunities, reporting mechanisms, and marketing programs.
Qualifications:
1. College diploma or above, 5 years sales working experience with 2 years in people management role.
2. IT industry, call center working experience preferred
3. Prefer in/out inbound sales experience of HP/Trend/IBM/Oracle/Mcafee/Symantec/英迈/佳杰/神州数码/维音数码
4. Proven track record of success in managing a sales group to achieve targets.
5. Have experience and ability to coach sales on achieving targets by focusing on processes and metrics.
6. Good at developing and coaching direct reports to continuously improve their individual pererrorformance.
7. ACQ team management experience preferred.
