Position: C&B Supervisor

Supervises: Payroll Specialist, Assistant HR Specialist
Job Summary:
Responsible for developing and executing C&B programs, policies & procedures and monitor its effectiveness and efficiency. Responsible for C&B implementation including payroll calculation, distribution, insurance and individual tax transaction, HR system maintenance and other specific C&B issues.
Main Responsibilities:
-Establish, execute and develop compensation and benefits programs
-Develop C&B policies, procedures and guidelines. Monitor its effectiveness and efficiency
-Manage C&B implementation
-In charge of HRIS system maintenance and new payroll system. Launch and update employee database and ensure that all C&B reports and records are properly and timely documented and maintained
-Perform job analysis and evaluation exercises, merit increase programs, the administration of benefits and perquisites and develop a competitive job and salary structure
-Supervise Payroll Specialist, Assistant HR Specialist and/or other HR personnel on their daily work, and provide coaching and support to them as needed
-Assist the HR manager in coordinating and implementing performance reviews, bonus plan & payment and retention program. Provide constructive resolutions to HR manager and management on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation, job evaluation and other specific C&B issues
-Provide service in providing official explanation, consulting and training on the effective implementation of the whole company's C&B policies
-Administrate reward and discipline programs and processes
-Prepare and control overall human resource budgets and cost
-Provide C&B report for the management and government authorities
-Compile, review, analyze and interpret market C&B surveys
-Assist on other HR functions as required
Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Business, Human Resources, Law or other related major
-6+ years work experience in HR field with at least 3 years' hands-on experience in C&B area
-Strong knowledge and experience in data analyzing ability and remuneration systems
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-A positive team player, independent, detail-oriented
-Proficient in English
-Computer literate in manipulating Spreadsheets; familiar in HR software
