Responsibilities:
Create complex, enterprise-transforming business applications
Do hands-on coding and proactively mentoring of developers
Work closely with SA/PM and clients
Document, define and review detailed business and functional requirements
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
3-5+ years hands-on experience in .Net Framework
Experience with web development(asp.net,html,css,javascript etc.)
Experience with SQL Server(T-SQL,Reporting service etc.), good at performance tuning.
Knowledge in K2 or WF, Infopath, Sharepoint is an advantage
Strong knowledge of design patterns, refactoring and unit testing
A team player with good analytical, organizational and problem solving abilities
Good interpersonal skill, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Travel to different cities in China
Sound business knowledge is preferred
