Description
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Responsible for managing the internal sales force and managers selling to large complex customers within a geographic region and within a specific market. Motivate sales force to sell products and services through effective management of sales incentive, career development, reporting mechanisms and one-on-one relationship building.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1、Attain targeted sales goals and performance through the effective management of the daily operations of the sales force and managers.
2、Analyze various sales reports to determine buyer/buying influences and project sales to establish quotas.
3、Resolve complex customer concerns regarding the sale/delivery of products with customer and internal departments such as manufacturing, customer service, and financial services.
4、Participate and close large sales opportunities with sales representatives and/or managers.
5、Provide management to a unit by establishing goals and objectives, assigning tasks and reviewing work at frequent levels.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software and peripherals.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Prefer a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of related experience and 2+ years management experience.
Must have proven success in consistently managing sales group to achieve goals.
