Responsibilities
主要职责
1.参与进货样品及小批量的检验；Participating the sample and small batch inspection
2.参与检验计划的制订，审阅和修改；Participation of the drafting, review and revising of the material inspection plan
3.监督质量控制计划在IQC部分的实施; Monitoring the implementation of the quality control plan in IQC
4.供应商质量问题改进的跟进 The following up of the supplier correction and preventive action on the quality problem
5.检验计划更新的监督; the monitoring of updating about the inspection plan
6. 检验方法及验收标准的制订的监督; The monitoring of the inspection approach, conformance criteria making
7 供应商的表现统计，进货质量的统计，IQC的工作; the performance of the supplier, the purchasing material quality, KPI in IQC statistics
8. 其它质量相关的工作; Other work related to the quality
9.上级交办的其他事务。Other work the boss delegate or assign.
The Requirements & Qualifications
任职资格 质量工程师 Quality Engineer
- 较强的语言和文字表达能力，Good communication skill on both oral and written.
- 跨部门工作能力，团队合作精神, the ability of cross function, team working skill and attitude.
- 熟练的电脑操作技能 good computer operating skill
Background/相关背景及经验
- 有质量策划，质量过程控制，及质量保证相关经验，With the experience of quality plan, quality process control, quality assurance
- 有过新产品开发质量控制经验优先 First prioritize to the people who has new product development quality control experience
- 3年以上,有外企工作经验为佳；3 years working experience or more
Education/学历 电气工程,高压电器,机械工程相关专业, College or Bachelor , Electrical Engineering ，High Voltage Apparatus，Mechinical Engineering relative Majority
English/英语基本的英语口头文字表达能力; Basic communication skill in both oral and written
