1. Degree in Mechnical, Electronical Engineering
2. Good English writing and speaking skills
3. At least 3 years experience on SMT machine maintainance, cailibration, verification and repair of FUJI and GSM platform machines.
4. Able to analysis the process defects on automated surface mount line including solder paste printer, pick & place equipment, and reflow oven. Take action improvement if necessary.
5. Able to use Minitab or similar tools to do SMT machine capability study for SMT machines
