Responsibilities:
1.To deliver mails, faxs, memos and files.
2.Meeting arrangement, PPT preparation & take minutes during the meeting if needed.
3.Travelling arrangements for HR manager, such as TA application, air tickets booking and hotel reservations.
4.External Contacts with labor bureau, personnel bureau , immigration bureau for HR general affairs.
5.Assist recruiter & training offer .
6.Any other duties that maybe assigned from time to time by the manager.
7.Other administration matters . such as visa renew, labor contract renew, stationary application, HR related certificate issue, employee overseas insurance issue, permanent residence management, HR DB maintenance and so on.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree , major in English, management or related field;
2.Y2010 graduate;
3.Good PC & English skills;
4.Good communication and coordination skills, and team-work spirit.
