Senior Process Engineer / 高级工艺工程师
1. Degree in Engineering/ Electronics or equivalent with more than 2 years of SMT experience; EMS manufacturing experience would be a plus.
2. Ability to communicate and written reasonably good in English;
3. Experience in Wave machine process and Back-end process such as Box-build,High level assembly will be an added advantage;
4. Strong written communication skills, especially in the area of engineering analysis and writing;
5. Sound knowledge and skills in PCBA wave soldering and system assembly processes.
