Requirement
3+ years of work experience in software industry.
1+ years experience as project manager
Good technical background, proficient in C#/javascript/asp.net/HTML/Css. Familiar with at least one mainstream database (SQL Server/Oracle/Mysql)
Experience of web development, proficient in browser based 3 or multi layers architecture. Familiar with 3rd party application framework (Microsoft Enterprise Application Blocks, Nhibernate, Nunit, Castle preferred.)
Proficient in process/risk management, knowledge of agile development preferred.
Fluent knowledge of English and excellent communication skills required.
Job responsibilities
Lead the .Net team to accomplish the project tasks in time.
Follow product life cycle process.
Communicate schedules and deliverable within the organization as well as to customers.
Control the impact of project requirements and scope changes
Plans and directs schedules, monitor project deliverables and provides project status.
Train and develop the team members on the .Net related technical knowledge
Performance appraisal of project team members;
