Job Responsibilities:
Follow quality policy, working instruction & project procedure to implement assigned jobs.
Compile test report & review other related technical information. Answer for the quality, objectivity of the test results & report conclusion.
Make testing plan, monitor/supervise project process and analyze test specifics according to standards; Conduct test when necessary.
Cooperate with assistant to keep tracking of the assigned projects and make progress report timely.
Provide technical support to sales and marketing to enhance services; Guide customer service coordinator for project follow-up.
Contact with clients to answer or explain clients’ inquires; Handle client complaints mainly on technical issues.
Self-learn the most updated test criteria.
Other duties as instructed.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electrical, Electronic, AV/IT, or other relative subjects.
Minimum 2 years working experience in electrical or other related fields,especially in AV/IT area.
Previous experience in international company is highly appreciated.
CET-4
Good interpersonal skills and team work spirits.
Mature and independent.
