Major Responsibilities (工作职责):
The objective of this position is to develop and implement the EH&S management system to improve Company EH&S performance, and propose & implement the relevant EH&S action plans to meet regulatory compliance and achieve the Company EH&S objectives & Dell global EHS standards
Key Requirements (职位要求):
1.Develop and promote the EH&S Management System in company;
2.Promote EH&S awareness and EH&S culture in Company;
3.Guidance on EH&S policy, objective, standards and legal requirements;
4.Develop, monitor, evaluate the short term and long term EH&S objectives and EH&S Management plans and follow up;
5.Liaison with external parties regarding EH&S, including government authorities, legislative bodies and industry group; Communication and dissemination of EH&S information;
6.Ensure execution of EHS audit programs. Participate the audits and follow up;
7.Arrange and providing EH&S training courses (including in EH&S induction to new staff );
8.Encouraging and forwarding feedback from staff on EH&S issues to management through EHS and management meeting ;
9.Guidance on incident/accident reporting, investigation and follow up;
10.Ensure that there is an effective emergency response plan in place and personnel understand and are familiar with their roles in the plan;
11.Reports on EH&S performance internally and externally.

4.Have consensus-building abilities and conflict management skills.
5.National Certified Safety engineer is preference.
Background:
1.Have Bachelor or above in Engineering, health or related field;
2.Have at least 5 years EH&S working experience in industry, including 3 years in managerial position;
3.Have strong leadership and communication skills (in English and Chinese);
4.Have good inter-personalities, e.g. decisive, analytic, initiative, and diplomatic;
5.Be action-oriented;
6.Based in Xiamen.
