Responsibilities:
-Prepare letter of offers in accordance to credit approvals;
-Collect and ensure all loan documents are received and in order;
-Set-up and control all necessary files & records;
-Ensure credit files are updated and credit documents are neatly filed;
-Prepare all the requested form for daily transaction and raise relevant accounting entries;
-Monitor and collect payments of all loans including problem loans;
-Ensure that the implementation of credit limits, the utilization of credit facilities by customers, review and expiry date of facilities are timely & accurately updated in the system;
-Prepare all required reports to HQ and local authorities;
-To participate in project endeavors undertaken by the department;
-Other duties that may be assigned by supervisors from time to time.
Requirements:
-At least a Bachelor degree from a well known university.
-Minimum 1-2 years relevant work experiences with exposure on legal affairs and credit administration.
-Strong spoken and written English and Chinese.
-Familiar with local regulatory requirements and international banking practices.
-Ability to work as a team and performance driven.
-Good command of PC
