Major Responsibilities
1.Setup production lines for new projects/Products
2.Do process validation to ensure smooth production
3.Continuously driving product quality improvement
4.Providing the technical support and maintenance to improve yields and lessen field failures
5.Ensuring smooth product transitions, resolving corrective actions
6.Solve production failures and prevent material and/or process-related issues and defectsTechnical support for local sourcing Prepare related working procedure, maintain and update working instructions as per approved ECO's, process improvements
7.Have technology training for operators & foreman
8.ECO and Dispensation Notes tracing
Key Requirements:？
1.Degree in Mechanical, Automation, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
2.Minimum 3 years process engineering experience
3.Knowledge about injection, assembly, pad printing, UV-gluing and automatic machines
4.Process validation experience
5.strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, Lead in resolving corrective actions quickly.
6.fumiliar with quality control and management, including techniques like SPC, FMEA, etc. as a plus.
7.unerstanding of ISO quality systems and FDA is highly appreciated
8.working experience of PC’s desired (MS office)
9.must be creative, dynamic, results driven and a team player
10.Good communication skills in English oral as well as written
